Let's Stay Healthy
How well do you focus on anything when you are feeling sick?
Here is a working definition of health and disease. Health is the state of perfect cells. Disease is when the cell state deteriorates.
No wonder good food, healthy water, sunshine, interaction with the earth, forgiveness and acceptance--all of which produce healthier, more robust cells--improves our health.
In contrast, interaction with glyphosate, electromagnetic fields, and toxic chemicals deteriorates our cells and makes us sick. Now we have the coronavirus which has stirred up fear. Fear lowers the level of frequency in your body and anything you are reacting to draws it to you.
Let go of the fear. Just imagine it as a pencil in your hand. If you had a pencil, you could roll it back and forth across your palm, right? So go find a pencil or pen and do this exercise with me.
You now have a pencil or pen in the palm of your hand. Note that you are the one holding on to it, it is not attached to your hand. You are the one rolling it back and forth. We do this with our feelings. We hold on to the feeling and roll them around yet the feeling is not attached. You are holding on and you could just as easily let go.
Allow yourself to transfer your fear into the pencil or pen in your hand. Just do it. The fear is in your hand. Roll it around and notice how uncomfortable it feels. Notice how familiar it is to you. Ask yourself, can I let this go? Will I let this go? I wonder how soon I can let this go, this annoyance in the palm of my hand. Then drop the pencil, along with the feeling and let it go. Release it so that you begin to feel like you have some power over your life. (You may have to do this a few times to let go of all those nagging fears).
Since we are about prevention , we will give you the next step. Once you let go of fear you can take supplementation so that no matter what happens, you will remain healthy.
This office is taking the following preventative supplementation:

Exercising Your Options
Treadmills used to be prison torture devices. Convicts walked the “treadwheel” for ten hours a day as punishment. We laughed when we heard this because many people use exercise (specifically treadmills) to stay in shape, lose weight, and get heart healthy.
Was adding exercise into your routine one of your New Year Resolutions? If so, don't torture yourself even if walking is one of the best ways to lose weight.
There are low impact ways to remain healthy such as weight training, swimming, and yoga. We have also found five surprising ways exercise can help your brain.
What do you plan to add into your routine this month?

Artificial Sweetener Protocol
There are artificial sweeteners everywhere. The science behind these chemicals makes one wonder why people consume them without considering the consequences.
Artificial sweeteners have been known to create negative side effects such as digestive troubles, headaches, and dizziness. They effect the brain and can cause inflammation and memory problems.
Here is a protocol you can use if you have accidentally ingested these chemical substances.
Taurine - One two times per day
B 6 - 1 teaspoon one time per day
Common Birch or Fig Tree (either one) - 25 drops in water two times per day
Probiotics - One two times per day
We want to remind you that you are sweet enough without the sugar.
This season has become known as "Flu Season." Actually it is sugar season. We had Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and now Valentine's Day. All these holidays involve the consumption of too much sugar. Viruses, Fungus and Yeast all grown when we consume excess sugar. If you are not feeling well, please, STOP the sugar, the bread and the dairy until you are better.

Write About 'It'
Here are just a few of the many benefits you can receive from regular journal writing:
You may connect with your higher self, manifest specific desires, remember your dreams, eliminate stress, gain clarity, become more creative, drill down a specific issue to the root cause, find your voice, and the list goes.
This tool creates more in your life. There are as many ways to write about 'it' as there are ways to exercise. The best way is the one that works for you. Do it daily, have a special book, and practice a few of these suggestions until you find one that works for you.

"Reading is like a software update for your brain.
Whenever you learn a new concept or idea, the "software" improves. You download new features and fix old bugs. In this way, reading a good book can give you a new way to view your life experiences.
Your past is fixed, but your interpretation of it can change depending on the software you use to analyze it." James Clear

The liver is necessary for living. Probably how it got it's name. But my doctor didn't like that joke so I had to get a second opinion. I went to the second doctor and there was a short man in the waiting room. He told me I could go in first because he was a little patient.
When the doctor came in I said, "My hair keeps falling out. Do you have anything to keep it in?"
He replied, "What about a cardboard box."
That's when I realized an apple a day keeps the doctor away if you have really good aim.
Thanks shallot for laughing.
