One fourth of all the bones in the human body are located in your feet.

Women have four times as many foot problems as men. The main reason happens to be a lifetime of wearing high heels.

The skin on the bottom of your foot is twice as thick as the skin on the rest of your body.

Putting an ice pack on your heel for 20 minutes several times a day helps reduce inflammation. Place a thin towel between the ice and your heel; do not apply ice directly to the skin.

Your foot is made up of 26 individual bones, 33 joints, 107 ligaments, tendons, and over 100 muscles.

  • Warm water
