Lymphatic Congestion Be Gone

Symptoms of Lymphatic Congestion include but are not limited to:

  • Swelling fingers and ankles

  • Soreness and/or stiffness in the morning

  • Feeling tired

  • Bloating

  • Itchy skin

  • Water Retention

  • Dry skin

  • Brain fog

  • Cold hands and feet

Many health concerns can be linked to poor waste removal in the lymphatic system. Your lymph is your biggest drainage system. Here are some ways to keep it clean.

Walk Your Way to Health

Walking sixty minutes in nature will improve your short-term memory by twenty percent.

Walking briskly every week for one hour and fifteen minutes adds 1.8 years to your life. You don't have to do it all at once. For heart health we recommend three times a week for twenty minutes.

Instead of that afternoon cola or coffee, hit the stairs.Ten minutes of up and down steps gives your body an energy boost.

Put you best foot forward and leave the phone at home. If leaving the phone feels scary, go ahead and walk to your favorite beats.

Take off your shoes and go barefoot in the grass. It's a good way to connect with nature.
