Recipe - BulletProof Me Coffee

Recipe: BulletProof Me Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee

  • 1 teaspoon -- Pure Coconut Oil

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter such as Kerrygold Irish Butter or grass fed ghee

  • 1 scoop Collagen (Great Lakes Gelatin - Collagen Hydrolysate purchased at Texas Biological Medicine or through Amazon)

And

  • BioSil (purchased from Texas Biological Medicine)

  • 2 Bottles of Water

Directions:

  1. Make your coffee. Brew 1 cup (8-12 ounces) of coffee using filtered water with 2 1/2 heaping tablespoons of freshly ground coffee. Use a French Press for ease of use and to preserve beneficial coffee oils that paper filters keep out. Pour into mixer.

  2. Add Coconut Oil to mixer.

  3. 3. Add butter or ghee to mixer.

  4. Add Collagen powder to mixer.

  5. Blend. Mix it all in a blender for 20 -30 seconds until it looks like a creamy latte. There will be a good amount of foam on top.

Coffee is ready to drink. Besides getting your perk on, you get your daily dose of Omega 6 and 9's, and essential amino acids necessary for your body and brain. Drink up. Now put 10 drops of BioSil into the next two bottles of water you plan to drink. This helps activate the collagen for your bones, joints, skin (wrinkles) and nails.

Disclaimer: This is not recommended for anyone without a gallbladder.
